Please note that the availability of rooms is limited since further events take place in Vienna. The room blocks booked for EADV delegates are nearly booked out – only a limited number of rooms in selected hotels is still available. Please note that room rates offered by hotel on individual direct request are beyond the organisers’ or the EADV’s control.

How to book a room:
Participants and accompanying persons are requested to book the hotel accommodation in advance by filling in the on-line registration form or downloading the PDF Hotel Reservation Form. If you prefer the latter, please complete the appropriate section of the Reservation Form and send or fax it to the address mentioned on the top of the form. To avoid double charges please send the form only once!
When to book a room:
In each hotel a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved for congress participants. It is strongly advised to book as early as possible to ensure reservation in the preferred hotel. Deadline for hotel reservations is 9 February 2007.
Payments:
A non-refundable prepayment covering the costs for the first night is to be made to guarantee the reservation. Following credit cards are welcome: American Express, Master, VISA, Diners. All other nights as well as extras at the hotel are supposed to be paid at the hotel directly.
Confirmation:
Upon receipt of the prepayment covering the costs for the first night, participants will receive a confirmation/invoice which is supposed to be presented when checking in at the hotel.
Changes:
Changes are only accepted in writing and have to be made prior to 9 February 2007. A fee of 30€ per change of hotel reservation will be charged.
Cancellations:
In case of cancellation prior to 9 February 2007:
The non-refundable prepayment for the first night will be retained
In case of cancellation between 10 February 2007 and 6 April 2007:
50% of the total costs for the entire stay will be charged
Thereafter as well as in case of no show:
The total costs for the entire stay will be charged
