All City Walks as well as all Bus Excursions are organized by COME IN and will be arranged daily. They start at either 09:00 or 14:00, meeting points will be advised upon confirmation. Each City Walk requires a minimum of 15 participants, each Bus Excursion requires a minimum of 30 participants.
Participants and accompanying persons are requested to book City Walks/Bus Excursions in advance by filling in the on-line registration form or downloading the PDF Reservation Form. If you prefer the latter, please complete the appropriate section of the Reservation Form and send or fax it to the address mentioned on the top of the form. To avoid double charges please send the form only once!
Full non-refundable prepayment covering the costs for all City Walks/Bus Excursions is to be made to guarantee the reservation. Following credit cards are welcome: American Express, Master, VISA, Diners. Upon receipt of the prepayment participants will receive a written confirmation. Tickets for the City Walks/Bus excursions will be handed out upon registration in Vienna at the COME IN desk. Participants are kindly requested to present tickets to their guide on each City Walk/Bus Excursion.
City Walks (duration appx. 2 hours)
Historic Vienna (CWHV)
This tour takes you to the Old City of Vienna, where no bus is allowed to drive through. Walk through the fascinating complex of the Hofburg, which also houses the Spanish Riding School. Pass by the so-called “Loos Haus”, a famous Art Nouveau building which now houses a bank, have a look into quiet old courtyards and tiny streets and take time to visit one of Vienna’s most famous sites, St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Vienna - City of Music (CWCM)
Get to know some stations of Mozart’s time in Vienna, like the Figaro house, the Doll’s museum and St. Stephens Cathedral and come to know Johann Strauss who is said to be the ”hero“ of the music world of the 19th century. Vienna is unimaginable without Strauss and his music - well known all over the world. A life full of sensations and incredible details will be narrated by during our walk!

Viennese Coffee House Tradition (CWCT)
A nice walk through the old city telling about coffee in Vienna and the tradition around it, with many little stories, told in an amusing way. A visit in one of the traditional Coffee Houses in town is of course a must! Enjoy coffee in the relaxing atmosphere of a Coffee House like Viennese love to.

The Museums Quarter (CWMQ)
The Museums Quarter has been opened in June 2001, it is an entire city zone devoted to museums, art treasures, exhibitions and events. At the same time it is Vienna’s most spectacular art zone and one of the 10 biggest museums areas of the world. Of particular interest is the Leopold Museum with the collection of famous paintings by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other artists who worked around the turn of the 20th century. A contrast to this is found in the contemporary works of the Museum of Modern Art and the Kunsthalle Wien. It also shows famous Viennese furniture and art-objects from the 1900 created by Otto Wagner, Adolf Loos and other famous “Jugendstil” artists.

Grand City Tour including Schönbrunn Palace (BEGS)
We will give an overall impression of the most significant historical sights: Starting with a tour along Ringstrasse with magnificent buildings like the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts, the imperial palace “Hofburg”, the Houses of Parliament, the City Hall and the University, we continue to the former summer residence of the Habsburg Family - Schönbrunn Palace. The highlight is of course your private tour through the imperial apartments.

On the footsteps of Friedensreich Hundertwasser (BEFH)
In the building of the former “Thonet”-factory in the 3rd district of Vienna a new cultural landmark of Vienna has been created. A forum for important international exhibitions, a home for the work of Friedensreich Hundertwasser, a museum that makes you feel at home. A house not corresponding with the usual clichés and norms, an adventure of modern times, a journey into the land of creative architecture, a melody for feet and eyes!

Art Nouveau in Vienna (BEAN)
This tour introduces you to some of Vienna's most important and famous buildings of the Art Nouveau era as well as to their architects. Among the most famous representatives of the Art Nouveau style, which reached its zenith at around 1900, rank Josef Hoffmann, Adolf Loos and Otto Wagner. You visit the Beethoven Frieze by Gustav Klimt at the Secession, one of the highlights of the "Fin de Siècle" period in Vienna. Some of the other attractions of the trip are the municipal railway station buildings by Otto Wagner, the most important Austrian architect of the Art Nouveau.

Vienna Woods (BEVW)
The famous region south of Vienna, also called “Wienerwald”, encloses an area of almost 1.250 square kilometres. The Vienna Woods are protected by law as a “forest and field belt”. Our excursion includes the “must sees” such as the Roman City of Baden, famous for its thermal springs, the romantic valley called „Helenental“, the Cistercian Abbey of Heiligenkreuz (1133), the Höldrichsmühle where Franz Schubert composed and the wine growing area of Gumpoldskirchen.
