Austrian, Austrian arrows and Lauda are the official carriers for the EADV Vienna Congress. They offer the most frequent flights to and from Austria.
Please contact your nearest Austrian Airlines office or travel agent where you will receive information on flights and fares. (www.aua.com). As participant of the 16th EADV Congress, 16 - 20 May 2007, you and one accompanying person will benefit from a favourable congress fare on Austrian, Austrian arrows and Lauda flights *). Airport Transfers
The International Airport “Wien-Schwechat” is located approximately 20 km (25 min by taxi) from the city.
Private Transfers:
Upon arrival: English speaking drivers welcome the guests in the arrival hall of the airport (after customs control) and bring them to their hotel.
Upon departure: Pick Up time for the departure transfer from the hotel / conference centre to the airport is 2 hours prior to flight departure.
Private transfers have to be booked in advance by filling in the on-line registration form or downloading the PDF Reservation Form. If you prefer the latter, please complete the appropriate section of the Reservation Form and send or fax it to the address mentioned on the top of the form. To avoid double charges please send the form only once!
A non-refundable prepayment covering the costs for transfer in/out is to be made to guarantee the reservation. Following credit cards are welcome: American Express, Master, VISA, Diners.
Upon receipt of the prepayment participants will receive a confirmation which is supposed to be presented to the driver. Changes are only accepted in writing and have to be made prior to arrival in Vienna. In case of cancellation or in case clients do not show up on the transfer booked, no refund will be made.

Travel by car
Highways are connecting Vienna with major Austrian cities and with the surrounding countries. Vienna has a large number of garages. Its park and ride service offers a comfortable travel solution for everybody.
Public transport
